Service and Guarantee

Life-time Warrantee
Ron the Jeweler guarantee is simple. If for any reason the jewelry item has broken, is scratched, chipped, stone fell out or lost a ball, I will repair your jewelry at no charge for as long as you won the jewelry. This guarantee does not cover lost parts or stones. All costs for shipping are the client's responsibility and must have a repair code prior to shipping the item for repair. For more information on methods of securing the ball on a purchased item call or email Ron.
Ron the Jeweler is not responsible for the sterilization, insertion, use and care of any piercing accessory supplied or otherwise. If you are in need of assistance with your piercing, require additional aftercare for your piercing or advice on maintenance of the piercing call or email Ron the Jeweler. If you have been advised that you have a reaction to nickel and purchase a nickel based products.  Ron Rotatori is not responsible for any problems you may experience as a result of your decision.

Ron the Jeweler's Return Policy
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your design within the 10 days after your purchase, simply return the item in its original packaging, and your purchase price (less a restocking fee of 5-15%) will be promptly refunded. Items that have been worn, or altered or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Not if you indicate you have not worn the item and by inspection I see you have the refund will not be granted. Refunds are approved only after the item has been inspected by Ron Rotatori.

For your protection, Ron Rotatori strongly recommends that you use a shipping service that will insure the full value of your returned item. We recommend Insured Parcel Post. Please confirm with your shipping service that you are insured for the full value of the item that you are returning. Ron Rotatori and or www.thebodyjewelrydesigner.com is not responsible for shipping your returned item and/or any lost, stolen, mislabeled or damaged shipped items.

Refunds
Ron Rotatori will notify you via e-mail when we have received and processed your return and your full refund will be immediately credited to your credit card.

Restocking Fee
A 5-15% restocking fee will apply on all returned items.

Shipping Methods
All shipments are sent insured via Federal Express. We offer the following shipping methods:

• Free FedEx Ground Shipping (4-7 day delivery - U.S. Only)
• Next-Day Priority FedEx
• Next-Day Standard FedEx
• Two-Day Standard FedEx
• International Priority FedEx

All international orders are shipped via Federal Express International at a charge of $60.00 USD. In addition, the purchaser will be responsible for any taxes and duties incurred at time of delivery.

Repairs & Adjustments
Did you receive your belly ring and it needs just a little adjustment to make it fit just right? Or did you receive it as a gift and it was the wrong gauge size? We understand that everyone's navel is different and since your satisfaction is our goal, we offer expert repairs and adjustments by our in-house jewelers. As part of our guarantee there is no change for this work except for the cost of shipping.

Free Gift Wrapping
Ron Rotatori's jewelry arrives at your door already gift wrapped. Our jewelry is packaged with care in a box and hand tied and wrapped. If you wish, we can include a card with a hand-written personal message. Shipments do not show the purchase price.
